Homemade, “flexitarian” and made with passion is the way we have approach every menu and this summer update is no different.

With summer focused dishes such as Teriyaki Salmon with wasabi butter, wild rice and pickled cucumber,  Spring Risotto, broad beans, asparagus, courgette, pickled and puréed fennel

served alongside Heritage Tomato & Goat’s cheese salad, Rabbit & Ham Hock Terrine with orange & vermouth marmalade or  Sesame Coated Halloumi, lunch or dinner at Marmalade is a treat for the senses.
